We knew this was coming.

First, they tried to stop Chris Bell by getting a stalking-horse candidate to enter the special election to split the vote. Then, they did a push poll to smear his good name. And now, one of Chris Bell’s opponents is airing a television commercial with one of the pettier, more personal attacks against him in a desperate attempt to score political points.

Free showers and cell phone charging at local YMCA's

Houston-area YMCA facilities that have power are opening their doors to the community for showers and battery charging. Even if you do not have a YMCA membership, you may go to any open YMCA and charge your cell phone and laptop or take a shower.
